QTK-S Series digital pressure switches have functions of combining pressure measurement, output and control into one product. This product is full-electronic structure, the front part utilize oil-filled piezoresistive pressure sensor with membrane. Output signal is processed by amplifier of high-precision and low temperature drift, and put into high-precision A/D converter. The output signal will be converted into digital signal that the microprocessor can process, and then the processed signal control two-way switch to measure and control the pressure. With the characteristics of easy to use / adjust and safety, this product is applied widely in Electric power, water supply, Petroleum, Chemical industry, and Machine, Hydraulic and so on to measure and control liquid pressure.

QTK-S series pressure switch can be directly installed on hydraulic tube by using pressure pipe joint (DIN3582 male thread G1/4) (other dimension joint can be customized).For special application (such as strenuous vibration or shock), the pressure pipe joint can proceed by micro hosepipe.

Please pay attention to the followings to avoid the influence of electromagnetic interference:
The wire connect must be short
Use shielded wire
The shell must be independent grounding if using micro hosepipe to install

The QTK-S pressure switch has the function of digital communication. It can be connected to computer through special communication interface, using software to modify the parameter, so that the setting and controlling function will be more precise.
