The Double Range Rotary Torque Speed Sensor (500N. m) is a high-quality load cell designed for accurate torque measurement. With a measuring range of 500N·m and an accuracy of 0.2%, it provides reliable performance in various applications.

 

Featuring a small volume and light weight, this load cell is easy to install and offers strong anti-disturbance capabilities. It is equipped with a torque sensor indicator and couplings for convenient and precise torque measurement.

 

The load cell also incorporates strain gauge sensor technology, ensuring accurate and consistent readings. It is compatible with electric bicycles, e-bikes, and folding electric bikes, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.

 

Additionally, the load cell features a double range rotary torque speed sensor, oxygen sensor, oil pressure sensor, PAS, and pressure transducer functions, providing comprehensive monitoring and control capabilities.

When measuring the torque speed, the house of rotary torque transducer just needs to install a speed measuring transducer with the tachometer wheel.

The torque value is transformed to 4-20m A or 1-5V analog signals by the circumscribed

IV,Using tips:


Make sure the right type of electrical connection.


The range of supply power: 15±0.5V


Output signal wire can't be to the ground, to power supply with short circuit output current may not be higher than 10mA;


The shielding layer of shielded cable must be connected with the common port of ±15V

public supply(the power ground).
