            (-200ºC~1600ºC) High Temperature Transmitter

1. General Introduction

 

QT-B108 Series adopt two-wire way for transmit (power and output signal transmit in two common wires), it outputs the linear current signal of 4-20mA with the measuring temperature. As a new generation of measuring instrument, it can be extensively applied in many industrial and scientific research fields, such as petroleum, chemical industry, spinning, metallurgy, electric, electric power, aviation, food processing, medical engineering and so on, to carry out automated temperature measurement, transfer and control.

QT-B108 series explosion-proof integrated temperature transmitter has already been confirmed by National Supervision and Inspection Center for Explosion Protection and Safety of Instrumentation (NEPSI), and it is in accord with the requirements in GB3836.1-2000,GB3836.2-2000 standard.

QT-B108 series explosion-proof integrated thermocouple temperature transmitter and SBWZ series of explosion-proof integrated thermal resistance temperature transmitter have the following outstanding merits:

(1) Wideness of operating ambient temperature: -20°C~+85°C;

(2) High precision cold junction compensating circuit, and the absolute error in the whole temperature is ±0.5°C(S thermocouple ±0.8°C);

(3) With progressive nonlinear correction circuit; output signal and measured temperature are linear relationship.

(4) Within drifting self-correct system, so the measuring precision under the whole working temperature can be ensured.

(5) Anti-corrosion, well antiknock characteristic and high reliability;

(6) Wide range of application: it can be widely used in industrial and scientific research fields to carry out automated temperature measurement, transfer and control.

(7) The unique anti-jamming circuit design can ensure the transmitter work safely and reliably under all kinds of disturbance; especially the anti-electromagnetic interference cell is suited for modern serious electromagnetic polluted environment.

 

2. Operating Principle

 

QT-B108 series explosion-proof integrated temperature transmitter consists of explosion-proof temperature sensor, temperature transmitter module and explosion-proof junction box. It has the function such as linear correction, reverse protection for power supply. For the transmitter using thermocouple as temperature measurer, it also includes cold junction compensation circuit.

6. Matters Need Attention While Installing and Using SBW Series of Explosion-proof Integrated Temperature Transmitter

QT-B108 series of integrated temperature transmitter has already been confirmed by National Supervision and Inspection Center for Explosion Protection and Safety of Instrumentation (NEPSI), and it is in accord with the requirements in GB3836.1-2010 and GB3836.2-2010 standard. The matters below must be followed while using this product:

2. Using environment temperature:-20°C~+60°C.

3. Follow the principle of "power off before open the lid" when use the produce on site.

4. No harmful gas that has corrosive effect to aluminum alloy on site.

5. The outside diameter of lead-in cable must be φ8mm~8.5mmφ.
6. The shell of product is equipped with ground terminal, so you can ground connection while installing the product.

7. Do not change any accessory of this product by yourself, you must ask for the manufacturer to solve the trouble emerging in service, to completely eradicate the appearance of damage.

8. While installing, using and maintaining this product, you must follow the operation instruction, part 13 in GB3836.13-1997 "Electrical Equipment Used in Explosive Gas Atmosphere: Inspection and Repair for Electrical Equipment Used in Explosive Gas Atmosphere", part 15 in 93836.15-2000 "Electrical Equipment Used in Explosive Gas Atmosphere: Electrical Installation in Dangerous Place (except colliery)", part 16 in GB3836.16-2006 "Electrical Equipment Used in Explosive Gas Atmosphere: Checking and Maintenance for Electrical Device (except colliery)" and relevant regulations in GB50257-1996 "Electrical Equipment Installation Engineering Code for Construction and Acceptance of Electric Device within Explosion and Fire Hazard Atmospheres"
